I build the systems that power AI—and I’ve worked directly on the data used to train them. Most engineers focus only on infrastructure. Most annotators focus only on task execution. I’ve worked across both sides, which gives me a practical understanding of how AI systems actually perform in the real world. I understand how data is labeled, where quality breaks, how evaluation systems fail, and what improves model performance at scale. I design and deploy production-ready systems using Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, REST APIs, Docker, VPS infrastructure, automation pipelines, and role-based access systems. My work focuses on operational systems built for real users, workflows, and measurable outcomes—not demos. I built WeDemo Africa, an AI + human talent ecosystem designed to move users from mindset development to skills training, execution, and monetization. The platform combines AI-assisted workflows with structured mentorship, assessments, learning systems, referrals, and operational dashboards. I also built Mini Gigs Hub, a distributed team operations platform with shift reporting, admin analytics, automated email workflows, and performance tracking. On the AI systems side, I design annotation pipelines, RLHF workflows, evaluation systems, QA structures, and AI-powered APIs. I’ve worked with platforms like Remotasks, Handshake, and Mercor, giving me direct experience in prompt evaluation, preference ranking, hallucination detection, instruction-following assessment, safety review, and scalable workforce operations. I also developed structured AI annotation training systems covering text, image, audio, video, RLHF, ethics, bias, and PII handling, complete with assessments, lesson scripts, exercises, and operational guidance for teams. I work with startups, AI companies, and organizations building scalable systems that require strong execution, operational thinking, and practical AI infrastructure.
